Description
- Install, repair, and maintain paved surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, and roads.
- Ensure proper preparation and leveling of ground before laying materials.
- Operate machinery for mixing and laying asphalt or concrete.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Job Title: Paver
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills, keen observation skills, and proficiency in English are essential.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
