Job Description
Description
- Configure, customize, and maintain Jira instances to meet organizational needs.
- Create and manage workflows, screens, fields, and other Jira configurations.
- Set up user accounts, groups, and permissions in Jira.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configuration and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Jira with other tools in the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Jira best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related program
- Knowledgeable in any query language or scripting language such as SQL or Python.
- Understanding of any project management principles such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Has basic skills in Jira System
- A team player and critical thinker
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
