Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Support:

Assist in handling user inquiries and feedback, collaborating with the customer service team to optimize the user issue resolution process.

Monitor the platform's daily operational status, assist in tracking and addressing unexpected issues, and report them in a timely manner.

Responsible for collecting, organizing, and conducting preliminary analysis of certain operational data, and preparing daily operational reports.

User and Community Operations Assistance:

Assist in managing official social media accounts (such as Telegram, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo, etc.), maintaining an active and positive community atmosphere.

Participate in planning and executing small community activities (such as AMAs, Q&A sessions, lotteries, etc.) to enhance user retention and engagement.

Collect and organize feedback and suggestions from community users to provide data support for product optimization.

Event and Content Assistance:

Assist in planning and executing online/offline marketing events, following up on event processes and coordinating internal and external resources.

Assist in creating and editing bilingual social media content, announcements, tutorials, etc., ensuring the accuracy and readability of information.

Track event effectiveness and conduct simple data reviews and summaries.

Project Management and Collaboration:

Assist the team in tracking and managing project progress, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Participate in internal team meetings, responsible for meeting minutes and following up on work tasks.
