Requirements

- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in operational management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible on-site requirements; standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to motivate teams.
