Description

  • Organize and file paperwork and documents efficiently.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Fill out various applications and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain and manage office files, both offline and digital, ensuring accessibility and security.
  • Track and manage financial documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Be familiar with or quickly adapt to processes involving permits and other business applications.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Background: Preferably an ex-paralegal with a strong desire for a career shift.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word & Excel.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work independently while adhering to managerial guidance.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software or systems.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth Mindset: Strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt in a business environment.
