Position: HR Department - OJT (On-the-Job Trainee)

Job Type: Internship / On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Job Summary:

As an HR OJT under the Human Resources Department at Doqaus Philippines / A Plus Falcons Freight Inc., you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various HR functions and processes. You will assist the HR team in supporting and improving the department’s operations, helping with the overall management of the workforce.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
