Description

  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of merchandising database
  • Report, generation and consolidation and other functional tasks to provide full support to merchandising field personnel.
  • Must be excellent in MS Excel and with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Validate the entries of merchandiser incentives, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree or any business course.
  • at least 1 - 2 years' experience as admin assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook up, formulas)
  • Excellent in time Management and with attention to details
  • Ability to generate and present reports
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
