Description
- Design, analyze, and test mechanical components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Utilize CAD software for modeling and simulation tasks.
- Create technical documentation and reports for project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: More than 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks, expertise in blueprints, project development, techno-economic modeling, tool selection, and DFM analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design mechanical components, setup machines, oversee projects, conduct analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in an office or workshop setting with occasional visits to manufacturing sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation.
