Job Summary:

• As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of our products and services at customer sites. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, providing on-site technical support to our valued clients. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Functions:

• Perform Preventive Maintenance Services, General Repairs (minor and major) and machine inspection of heavy equipment.
• Conduct maintenance, repair and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic system and other associated systems of heavy equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning and best performance of equipment
• Travel to customer sites to perform repair orders or conduct machine inspection.
• Provide accurate and necessary recommendations of defective and possible to fail parts, component or system.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment for advance troubleshooting and to identify technical issues accurately.
• Perform thorough machine inspection based on standard checklist.
• Develop effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve equipment problems efficiently.
• Perform assigned tasks based on manufacturer and company standards and complying with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide technical assistance to understand their concerns and address technical questions.
• Complete service reports and documentation in a timely and thorough manner, this includes liquidation and other necessary documents.
• Support machine delivery (incoming and outgoing) and provide basic turnover training or perform PDI.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Communicate effectively, update completely and interact professionally within the team to perform efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of high school or vocational courses in automotive, heavy equipment, and any related fields.
• ⁠ ⁠At least with 1 year of experience as service technician or heavy equipment mechanic
• Keen and ensures best practice in safety, maintenance and overhauling
