Description

We’re hiring a General Marketing Project Manager to oversee all marketing activities, including SEO, social media, sales coordination, affiliate management, and campaign execution. You’ll lead a team of marketers, content creators, and designers ensuring everything runs smoothly, on brand, and on schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & Project Management

  • Lead daily operations of the marketing team, including social media, sales, SEO, email, and creatives.
  • Manage task boards (Trello) and hold team members accountable to deadlines.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings, set KPIs, and conduct monthly team reviews.


2. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Launch promotions across channels (email, SMS, Telegram, social).
  • Create and schedule campaigns for bonuses, new game arrivals, and seasonal offers.
  • Coordinate with product, design, and support teams for campaign alignment.


3. Social Media & Community

  • Supervise posting schedule and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Approve content themes, tone, and visuals to match brand guidelines.
  • Track follower growth, engagement rates, and viral performance.


4. Sales & Affiliate Coordination

  • Work with the sales team to implement promo codes, track deposits, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Oversee affiliate marketing partners and monitor performance dashboards.
  • Optimize the referral system to drive deposits and user retention.


5. SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Manage the overall SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and content planning.
  • Collaborate with developers and content writers to optimize site structure and blog content for search visibility.
  • Track keyword rankings, site traffic, and domain authority using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
  • Ensure website and blog stay compliant with SEO best practices while avoiding gambling-related language on indexed pages.


6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key marketing KPIs: traffic, conversions, LTV, CAC, bounce rates, and ROI per channel.
  • Build weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership.
  • Use insights to improve funnel efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing project management or digital marketing leadership
  • Hands-on experience with SEO strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of social media, affiliate, and campaign management
  • Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Crypto or casino/gaming experience is a plus
  • Fluent English with strong writing/editing skills is a must


Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing marketing in a crypto or sweepstakes environment
  • Understanding of content compliance and platform-specific restrictions (Facebook, X, Telegram)
  • Familiarity with blog CMS management
  • UI/UX sensitivity and eye for design collaboration
