Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Manager in driving content creation, social media growth, influencer partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives. This role involves executing marketing strategies that boost online presence, engage audiences, and support campaign execution across multiple platforms and brands.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management & Growth

  • Support day-to-day social media operations including community engagement, moderation, and growth strategy execution.
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies for follower and visibility growth.
  • Ensure platforms are fully optimized, consistent, and on-brand.


2. Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Assist in developing, planning, and scheduling engaging, on-brand content (photos, videos, captions).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a one-month content bank and an updated content calendar.


3. Trend & Competitor Research

  • Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Suggest timely and relevant content based on insights.


4. Influencer & Partnership Management

Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers, micro-creators, and brand collaborators.

Track influencer deliverables, campaign results, and propose partnership opportunities.


5. Campaign & Event Support

  • Assist in planning and executing photo/video shoots, activations, and marketing events.
  • Support on-site logistics and gather behind-the-scenes content.


6. Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Compile reports on key performance metrics.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance to recommend optimizations.


7. Promotion & Audience Growth

  • Develop and support promotions aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Implement audience engagement tactics and track growth strategies.



Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.


Certifications in social media, digital marketing, or influencer marketing are a plus.

  • 1–2 years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships, content scheduling tools, and event/shoot logistics.


Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in platforms like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools like Later or Sprout Social.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills and a creative eye for content.
