Description
- Prepare and manage client contracts, ensuring all documents are complete and correct.
- Monitor payment schedules and make sure clients pay on time.
- Work with the Finance team to follow up on unpaid balances.
- Handle and update the company’s Facebook page.
- Help with other admin or support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, or a related course.
- 2–3 years of work experience, preferably in automotive or heavy equipment industries.
- Confident, motivated, and enjoys working in sales.
- Good at talking to clients and building relationships.
- Knows how to manage social media and create simple designs.
- Can use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
