Description
- Coordination of vehicle usage and schedules
- Basic understanding of vehicle types, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Assistance with insurance claims and registration renewals
- Monitoring of fuel usage, trip logs, and vehicle documentation
- Preparation of fleet-related reports (e.g., vehicle usage, fuel consumption, repair costs, insurance status, etc.)
- Coordination with service providers and drivers as needed
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 experience or working knowledge in Fleet Management.
- A bachelor's degree holder.
- Willing to work (primarily) in the office, and with occasional fieldwork
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- High level of professionalism and discretion
