Description
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of company vehicles to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure timely servicing, repairs and inspections of all company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure adherence to company policies and address any issues.
- Assist in resolving on-road breakdowns and vehicle emergencies.
- Generate reports on fleet operations, vehicle status, and cost analysis.
- Optimize fleet routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, scheduling and regulatory compliance strong organizational and multi tasking skills
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent fleet-related issues
- Familiarity with fuel consumption tracking and cost management
