Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between different departments and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
  • Act as a bridge between organizations, facilitate communication, manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assess needs and provide updates to all parties involved.
  • Organize meetings and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Address concerns and feedback to enhance relationships and processes.
  • Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a liaison or communication role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written communication, strong organizational skills, effective time management, and adept at scheduling meetings.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel required for meetings and events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature.
