JOB DESCRIPTION:


1. Transact the payment of the customers.

2. In charge of the salad preparation using appropriate sanitation and safety methods in a food service and ensure that best quality food products and excellent customer service are given to the customers.

Requirements

1. Customer Satisfaction

a. Deliver excellent service to customers at all times.

b. Ensure that the correct customer order is transacted and conduct the standard

cashiering procedure.

c. Ensure that the best quality food products are properly and correctly prepared and

served to the customers.

d. Help customers in choosing their orders from the menu or in creating their own salad or

wrap by providing correct information such as type of ingredients, health benefits, taste,

etc.

e. Get feedback from customers and relay to store management.

f. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store.

g. Ensure the safety and security of the customers


2. Food Preparation & Storage

a. Prepare and arrange vegetables and fruits for salads and garnishes using hand and

electric food service equipment.

b. Set up and decorate salad bars.

c. Cleans equipment, work area, utensils and refrigerator.

d. Make inventory of raw food products.

e. Prepares ingredients for and mixes salad dressings and sauces.

f. Cooks simple items for use in salads.


3. Sanitation, Hygiene, & Grooming

a. Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients.

b. Guarantee the cleanliness of the kitchen.

c. Follow the hygiene and grooming standards.
