  • Responsible for answering customer inquiry calls and addressing product-related questions
  • Handling customer complaints and providing solutions

Requirements

  • Education Qualification: Associate degree or above, with preference for relevant majors.

  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in office software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, maintain customer relationships, and record feedback information.
