  • Assist with daily accounting tasks and financial reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members for audits and financial reviews.
  • Contribute to improving accounting practices and processes.
  • Administrative Function

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in General and Financial Accounting, Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Expense Management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with financial reporting, maintain ledgers, and manage expense accounts.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
