Description
- Posting of payments
- Countering and filing of billing documents
- Handling bank-related transactions (e.g., deposits, transfers, validation)
- Ensuring all Purchase Orders (POs) are invoiced and properly countered
- Following up with clients for pending payments or concerns
- Creating and sending Statement of Account (SOA)
- Submitting end-of-the-day reports to general manager
Requirements
- College graduate of any course
- 20 years old and above
- With at least 6 months of experience in a similar position
- Positive attitude
