为客户提供一对一的个性化健身指导和训练计划。
进行身体评估，制定适合客户的健身目标和计划。
教授正确的健身技巧和设备使用方法，确保客户安全。
提供营养和生活方式的建议，帮助客户全面改善健康。
激励和鼓励客户，保持他们的锻炼积极性。
记录客户的进展，并定期调整训练计划。
不断学习和更新健身知识和技能。
Requirements
健身、运动科学或相关领域的学士学位（优先考虑持有相关认证的教练）。
有私人健身教练经验。
对健身和营养知识有深入了解。
出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
具有耐心、责任心和激励他人的能力。
能够根据客户需求制定个性化的健身计划。
薪资范围：18K – 25K （RMB）
