Description
1. 问题排解(系统操作、异常判断)
2. QA 测试公司游戏中的BUG
3. 整理平台操作文件
4. 为客户解答游戏相关的问题，包括游戏规则、操作方式、问题排查等
5. 处理客户的投诉，并迅速找出解决方案
6. 在接受客户反馈后，与开发团队进行沟通，并追踪问题的解决进度
7. 维护和更新游戏和平台的常见问题解答（FAQ）
8. 提供有关游戏更新、维护通知和活动信息的客户通知。
9. 协助测试新游戏或游戏更新，并提供反馈
10. 能够在需要时进行轮班工作，包括夜班和周末
Requirements
1. 一年以上游戏测试或游戏游戏客服相关经验
2. 具有优秀的沟通和问题解决能力。
3. 对游戏有深厚的了解和热情。
4. 具有基本的计算机技能，包括使用电子邮件和办公软件
（岗位加分条件）：
1. 能够流利地使用英语，西班牙或葡萄牙语
2. 有开发或维运基础操作和知识
3. 有游戏测试经验丰富者佳
4. 信息相关科系者佳
