Description
- System & Network Administration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software.
- Technical Support: Provide helpdesk assistance and resolve IT issues.
- Security Management: Implement security measures, monitor threats, and conduct audits.
- Data Backup & Recovery: Ensure data protection and disaster recovery protocols.
- User Training: Educate staff on software and system usage.
- Vendor Management: Handle external IT service vendors and procurement.
- Project Management: Lead IT-related projects and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in network management, cybersecurity, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are beneficial.
- Experience: Previous experience in IT support or network administration is typically required.
