Description

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance problems.
  • Assist in software installations and updates.
  • Create professional and attractive ads and promotional videos.
  • Create professional and attractive website.
  • Manage social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student with relevant internship experience is encouraged to apply but work experience is an advantage.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in video and graphic content creation, social media management, web design, network setup, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Tool and Software Experience: Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Brevo, Filmora, CapCut, Google Drive and other relevant tools.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, assist in network setups, create engaging content, and manage social media platforms.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, detail-oriented, creative, and ability to work under pressure.
