Requirements

  • Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in research, excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, manage employee relations, support training programs, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours, occasional overtime may be required.
