Description
- Responsible for the creative design and development of garments and textiles.
- Participate in market research, analyzing design trends and consumer demands.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the manufacturability and quality standards of designs.
- Promote carbon neutrality and emission reduction concepts, aligning with the sustainable development goals of the "Belt and Road" initiative.
- Participate in project management to deliver design solutions on time.
Requirements
- Education Requirements: No specific degree required, relevant design majors preferred.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in design software, with creative thinking and good communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Tasks: Conduct clothing and textile design, coordinate production processes, and communicate client needs.
- Work Environment: Team-oriented atmosphere, potential for overtime, travel opportunities.
- Quality Characteristics: Attention to detail, patience, aesthetic ability, and innovative spirit.
