Support recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates.
Support recruitment processes, maintain HRIS, handle payroll, and assist in employee relations.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Facilitate training programs and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Maintain a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1 year and up of relevant experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, payroll, and benefits management.
Working Conditions: Typically office-based with a collaborative team environment.
