Your Role Will Include:

• Independently source and screen candidates for a variety of roles across industries.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication between all parties.
• Provide input on job descriptions and outreach strategies when needed.
• Submit only qualified and vetted candidates, accompanied by brief evaluations and/or recorded interviews.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) with a successful track record.
• Highly independent, proactive, and self-driven—you take initiative and don’t require constant oversight.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Committed to quality over quantity; you focus on delivering well-matched, high-potential candidates.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
