Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Participate in performance management and review processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
