Description
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Help facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Monitor and encode daily attendance and leaves
- Support in preparing HR documents such as contracts, memos, and certifications
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and activities
- Provide support in processing government benefits and compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR-related concerns
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Officer or Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of HR or administrative experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
