Description

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Help facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Monitor and encode daily attendance and leaves
  • Support in preparing HR documents such as contracts, memos, and certifications
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and activities
  • Provide support in processing government benefits and compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.)
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR-related concerns
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Officer or Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of HR or administrative experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
