Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management.
  • Help organize training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
