Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Facilitate communication between management and employees.
Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, payroll, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate with HR software experience.
Responsibilities and Duties: Support recruitment processes, manage payroll functions, facilitate employee relations, and assist in benefits administration.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard business hours but may require flexibility for recruitment events.
