Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and applicant screening.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training activities for new hires.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with HR software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude.
