The Opportunity


Our client, a well-established organisation in the healthcare and workforce solutions sector, is looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations & Compliance Administrator to join their growing Manila-based team.


In this role, you will provide key administrative support across staffing operations, compliance tracking, and recruitment coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that shift bookings run smoothly, staff compliance records remain up to date, and recruitment documentation is accurate. The role also includes basic payroll support tasks such as reviewing timesheets and contractor invoices, as well as ensuring data integrity across systems.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications


  • Previous experience in HR operations, compliance coordination, or other people-related matters.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare compliance requirements such as AHPRA registration, vaccination records, and training certifications.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with both internal staff and external clients.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes, including timesheet verification and invoice review.
  • Familiar with HR or rostering systems (e.g. EntireHR) is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling staff data, compliance documents, and payroll-related tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, service-driven environment.
