  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support performance management initiatives
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Provide administrative support to HR team
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internship experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, full-time, diverse team environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, effective written and verbal communication.
