Description
- Oversee HR functions, manage organizational development, facilitate leadership training, and ensure effective human resource planning.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle conflict resolution and employee relations issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coaching abilities, excellent employee relations, exceptional communication (both written and verbal), and proven people management skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours; occasional travel for training or seminars may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, ability to inspire and lead teams, proactive problem-solver.
