Monitor and report on HR metrics and performance indicators.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant HR management experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, compensation and benefits management, talent acquisition strategies, and human resource planning.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee benefits, develop talent acquisition plans, and ensure effective HR operations.
