Description
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, support onboarding, and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; some remote work may be possible.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
