  • The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the human resources function within an aviation organization. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.

  • * High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • * 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role preferred.
