Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees.
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, payroll, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate with HR software experience.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support recruitment processes, manage payroll functions, facilitate employee relations, and assist in benefits administration.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard business hours but may require flexibility for recruitment events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace environment.
