- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality guest experiences.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
- Handle budgets and financial reporting effectively.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve guest complaints and feedback efficiently.
Requirements
- 18-29 years Old
- At Least 5'6 in Height
- College Graduate of HRM or Tourism course
- With Good communication skills
