Basic understanding of the Web3 field, or experience in product operations/user operations/community operations in other industries.

Familiarity with Discord and Telegram platforms, understanding of Bot functions is a plus.

Proficiency in Thai or Filipino is required, knowledge of English is an advantage.

Patience, proactiveness, willingness to learn, and a positive work attitude are essential.

If lacking relevant experience, candidates with strong language skills and communication comprehension abilities are also welcome.

• Post announcements from the official team in Discord and Telegram communities.
• Answer user questions, maintain community order, and collect and organize user feedback and suggestions.
• Assist with official event operations and translation tasks.
• Support other work assignments.
• Work hours and arrangement:
• Flexible working hours, with an option to choose 8 hours of work each day.
• Remote work based on local time zones, covering at least the hours of user activity.
