Description
岗位职责：
1 搭建并执行用户精细化运营体系，基于用户生命周期和特征制定分级运营策略；
2 通过数据分析洞察用户需求，提升用户活跃度、留存率及资沉；
3 独立策划并执行运营活动；
4 能提出产品优化需求，推动现有产品迭代升级，并跟进落地，提升用户体验与业务转化；
5 与产品、市场、BD等团队协同，提升整体运营效率和用户价值；
6 跟踪运营策略效果，定期输出复盘与优化方案，驱动核心业务指标持续增长。
任职要求：
1 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网/金融/交易所用户运营相关经验；
2 有策划并执行活动的经验；
3 具备较强数据分析能力，基于真实数据驱动运营策略设计及优化；
3 沟通与跨部分协作能力强，执行力与结果导向意识突出。
