• Take full responsibility for the management and coordination of multiple Web3 development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to develop project plans, break down project tasks, and oversee implementation.
• Drive and implement agile development processes, making flexible adjustments based on project requirements.
• Conduct risk management and problem-solving to identify and mitigate potential challenges within projects.
• Responsible for project progress reporting, providing regular updates on project status to management and key stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a positive team collaboration environment.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.

2. At least 10 years of project management experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.

3. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with overseas teams.

4. Extensive experience in Agile development, familiar with frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

5. Ability to manage multiple complex projects and efficiently adjust tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Outstanding leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with experience managing teams or project members.

7. Excellent organizational management skills, with a strong focus on detail and time management.

8. A technical background (e.g., experience in research and development) is preferred, enabling effective communication with development teams.

9. Preference will be given to candidates with PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
