  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly attitude.
  • Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Handle scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk software, MS Office Suite, scheduling, time management, data entry, data analysis, and support.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage phone calls, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment requiring multitasking and interaction with clients and staff.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a friendly demeanor.
