Description

  • Greet guests, manage front desk operations, handle inquiries and reservations
  • Welcome and greet guests at the front desk.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Process payments and manage reservations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Front Desk Officer
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma required
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, and communication skills, experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
