Description
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant financial experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Analytical thinker, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solver.
