Description
- Microeconomic and business research
- Preparation of different types of various management reports as may be needed by our clients.
- Participation in meetings with client concerning the parameters of the proposed professional engagement, the nature of the required reports, and the results of the research work.
- Evaluate financial statement and other relevant data
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, assumptions and result of the analysis.
- Collaborate with supervisor or managers to refine valuation models and approaches.
- Perform ocular inspection of the subject property as well as site inquiries
- Perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Requirements
- With experience in the appraisal & valuation industry is a plus
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Willing to work in Makati City
