Description

Maintain and Update Financial Records: Oversee and manage the recording of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Reconcile Bank Statements: Regularly reconcile bank statements with company financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
Calculate Tax Payments & Returns: Calculate tax liabilities, prepare tax returns, and ensure timely payment of taxes in accordance with local tax regulations.
Conduct Monthly Audits: Work with internal auditors to conduct monthly audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies, suggest improvements, and ensure financial integrity.
Invoice & Expense Tracking: Ensure all invoice payments are processed on time, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and track company expenses to maintain budget adherence.
Organize Financial Information: Keep financial records organized, accessible, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations to facilitate audits, reporting, and analysis.
Monitor Financial Transactions: Continuously monitor daily financial transactions and generate detailed reports for management review to support decision-making processes.
Stay Updated on Financial Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest financial trends, accounting software, tax laws, and regulations to ensure the company’s financial practices are current and compliant.
Knowledgeable in Payable & Receivable: Strong understanding and hands-on experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and financial audits.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledgeable in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
