• Investigate and resolve failed withdrawal transactions caused by merchant or technical issues.
• Monitor deposit behavior: Monitor the deposit behavior of new users, identify suspicious or unusual transaction activities, and report to relevant departments.
• Monitor deposit behavior of new users to detect suspicious activity and flag anomalies for review.

At least 2 years of experience in financial payments or reconciliation-related roles.

Experience in payment gateways (third-party/fourth-party) or the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of payment workflows and risk handling related to transaction exceptions.

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Office, and other workplace software with basic data handling capabilities.

Detail-oriented, highly disciplined, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident
