Description

  • Assist in financial analysis and budgeting processes.
  • Manage daily operations, including invoicing and payroll.
  • Support data entry and report generation.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

  • At least college level or graduate of vocational course
  • at least 12 months experience in Invoicing or in a role with high volume transactions
  • proficiency in MS Excel
  • experience in SAP, an advantage but not required
  • highly organized with strong attention to detail
